Privacy

This page explains what happens to the details you give Auto Click (Pty) Ltd through this website. The short version: we use them to answer your enquiry, and we do not sell them.

What the quote form collects

When you fill in a job card on the quote page, we collect:

your full name and phone number
your email address, if you give one
the make, model and year of your vehicle, and its registration if you give it
the work you need and your description of the problem
any photos you add
how you would like us to contact you

The form also runs a Cloudflare Turnstile check to stop automated spam. We only ask for what we need to understand the job and get back to you.

How we use it

We use your details to look at your enquiry, contact you about it in the way you asked, and give you a quote. If you give an email address, a confirmation of your submission is sent to it.

Where it goes

Submissions pass through NivaCity's form relay, which receives the form, stores it and emails it to Auto Click. The relay keeps your submission, including any photos, for 90 days and then deletes it.

Analytics

This website does not currently use analytics. If that changes, this section will be updated to say so.

The map

The quote page shows a map from Google Maps. When the map loads, your browser connects to Google, which handles that connection under its own privacy policy.

What we do not do

We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to anyone for marketing.
